「Beautiful pool area and right on the beach and a great snorkeling spot. We rented a scooter for the week and it was perfect for transportation into town (which is just a couple miles away) for excursions, shopping, food, etc. The restaurants right across the street are excellent. The rooms were clean and they give you bottled water everyday. They also provided beach towels. My husband and I stayed one week here and we won’t hesitate to be back. 」

「Just across from the Cozumel airport. Dan created us when we arrived. Showed the property and helped us with our car rental next door. Daniel made us breakfast every morning. It was great. 「My 10-day stay at this resort was amazing. The property was well maintained. They provided daily bottled water at no additional charge. The property sits right on the water with amazing views. 「My stay at Luna Azul was wonderful! The staff are so helpful and I never had any issues. The pool was lovely and very refreshing. It’s a small quaint little hotel with all diversity of people visiting. 「We had a fantastic stay at the Flamingo Hotel in Cozumel! The staff (Thomas/Oscar/others) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
