「We stayed 4 days when we stay in Cozumel. This property is not close for all the activities, probably you need the car. Also the property is neat but it is old. If you are looking on just stay and spend much time outside it is fine.」

「The staff was great. Ours was one of 2 or 3 rooms rented in the hotel. We got a nice room with a king bed and refrigerator on the inner courtyard. Thank goodness, the outer rooms would have been too noisy. The staff was great in finding us 2 pillows without feathers, however it would have been great to have a few more pillows in the king bed. 「This traditional Mexican hotel is located in a great downtown location. The Malecon and ocean are right across the street. The view from the balcony is excellent. It’s also within walking distance to the ferry terminal, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. 「This property is a good place to stay if you plan on just doing your own thing. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast that was included was good also. 「The Blue Angel was perfect for us… the view of the ocean and sunsets from the balconie was supremely beautiful…. Included Breakfast was great!!! "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
