「What we love most about Residence Inn suites are the full kitchen. It's very convenient to prepare light meals, making the suite feel like home away from home. 「Upon check in, was told there are no dishes,glasses, coffee maker in the room. But are 'available' on request. The hotel clerk was very kind but when I was checking in and she was asking for my information, she asked me to write it down as there was 2 men sitting in the lobby (actually a small.foyer) and she wanted me to feel safe...which had absolutely the opposite effect. The continental breakfast was packaged oatmeal or grits, coffee and very old,dry muffins...oh there were also some stale...
