There was communication with the property managers that did eventually resolve the issue but it was just a disappointing start to the stay especially given the high end type of property and price per night. The suite does not have adequate supplies for meal prep, cooking or cleaning up. The street is very busy & noisy all hours of days. We didn’t need a second kitchen, but sure enough, there was one. The room with the bunk beds actually had two bunk beds (meaning four beds), its own bathroom, and laundry facilities.
