「Beautiful property with a walking trail outside. Awesome breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean and there’s always coffee. Ample parking as well. 」

「Moderately priced, this property is clean and well maintained. The concrete parking lot is cracked, but I only cared about the interior condition. Right off of the freeway and main Lee Summit arteries, but very quiet. An Aldi next door and restaurants within walking distance. For a stay in Lees Summit, this is a good choice.」

「It was hair all in the bathroom and bath towels. The handle in the bathroom was falling apart and the ceiling had brown spots look like they were trying to pain over it. The walls were thin I could hear my neighbors. Other than that it was good. 」

「I have stayed at other motels in the immediate vicinity that did not come up to the quality of this motel. The free breakfast actually had a number of hot choices including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles made fresh by customer and a number of other items. Other motels have cut back on this option, but there aren't many restaurants in the immediate area so...Add that to comfortable beds and quiet rooms.」

「This was a very clean property. The only problem was the shower faucet dripped the whole time, we just kept the bathroom door closed so we couldn’t hear it. This room was an adjoining to the one next door and it sounded like the people next door sounded like they were in our room and they Really liked each other a lot. We just turned up our tv. The room was very clean we had a accessible room but the shower /tub was not very accessible, I get an accessible room because I cannot step over a tub...
