To whom it may concern,
Apologizes, for not reaching out to y’all first, to resolve this matter. Well, the first night we froze the entire night, because the heat would not come on…the vent would just continuously blow cool air and would not shut off at all as well. I woke up at checkout freezing, to go rebook, only with the promise they would resolve the matter asap. Which as I recently stated, did not happen...They said they would send maintenance to repair it within an hour and a half or two. So after waiting 2 and a half hours…We decided to leave and give them time to fix it… When we returned about 6 hours later…nothing had been done at all. So, we contacted the front desk, to ask to please move us to a new room with heat or could you please refund us, because we don’t want to stay. Only to be yelled at, stating she was not refunding or moving us, because they were fully booked…so she said we could come grab a heater, if we wanted it and can email her boss if we wanted a refund and hung up on me.
But, since we paid through you guys, figured you could help us with this matter. Was wondering if you guys could help me please…could you guys see if they could credit the 2 nights if possible or refund the one night, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
