"Check -in was quick and easy. The room was clean and quiet. We got a room overlooking the city side. The breakfast was hot and something different and delicious every day. This place is our home away from home and they always make it as comfortable as possible during our stay. "

"Quick stop on the way home. The Arbors was a bit difficult to find (it’s in the back) but once there, OMGoodness, what a wonderful stay. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. They had a campfire sing along on their mini island, fresh coffee, hot chocolate, fruit and donuts were available 24/7. Check in was a breeze and breakfast at the pancake house was a huge step above most hotel breakfasts. This is not your typical hotel. This is way WAY better. Next time we visit Pigeon...

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center. The location of our hotel was a quick 15-20 minutes and closed to a plethora of restaurants. Our room was spacious, the fridge was 3/4 size, and we appreciated having dishwater, silverware, and glasses. I appreciated the blackout shade and the friendliness of the staff. One area of improvement would been the soft was of the bed and pillow. I’m not saying it was on the level of a waterbed, but it was close. "

"We were re-booked at the hotel after checking into Vista Suites next door, which was total a mess. No breakfast, rooms were nasty and dirty, would not sleep on their beds due to stains all over them. Rooms were nasty place was under construction. "

"So it was good for the most part. Except I didn't know until I checked in that they were having renovations. So the breakfast are was a little smaller, and from the renovations there was left over dirt. But I came for a weekend away from the kids and to sleep in. I was woken up 2 mornings in a row at 715 from banging. That was the worst part for me. I wanted a nice peaceful get away and to sleep in. Other than that it's in a great spot!"

"If you like reading reviews when looking for a place to stay like I do, go no further because my husband and I loved "the way back" so much. From the cleanliness, comfortable bed, soft pillows and drinks at the bar. The pool and Jacuzzi area is very cute. Anytime we are in this area we will definitely stay there again. "

"I wish I had known they were in the middle of remodeling; however, the staff was quite kind and helpful. They were extremely accommodating with everything going on. The remodeling mostly affected breakfast. All the items were of the grab, heat, and go instead of their usual. Like I said though, the staff was very kind. "
