「Big clean rooms & good breakfast 」

「I had to really put some muscle into the door handle to get it open. When I mentioned it to the lady at check-in she rolled her eyes at me. Not sure great first impression. I asked her if she had an extra pillow and a handicap accessible shower to accommodate my disabilities and she said, we don't do that here…even though there actually was an extra pillow in the room and the shower was handicap accessible. 「Got exactly what we paid for quiet comfortable room, with one exception picture showing room when booking was not what room looked like on arrival. There was no separate sitting area with couch in room, spa was not working, went to use the spa and had to skim leaves out from storm the day before and it was cold with no turn on switch」
