「I had to really put some muscle into the door handle to get it open. When I mentioned it to the lady at check-in she rolled her eyes at me. Not sure great first impression. I asked her if she had an extra pillow and a handicap accessible shower to accommodate my disabilities and she said, we don't do that here…even though there actually was an extra pillow in the room and the shower was handicap accessible. 「I had a great experience. Erika was a great communicator replied to my texts immediately. I had no problem checking in or out. condo was clean and stocked with cookware, cleaning supplies. Beds were comfortable .No problem finding parking. Street noise was mild as expected Ave 48 runs through back of condo. Would stay again and recommend.」

「Had a business trip in Indio so I stayed here for 2 nights. It was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I felt very safe. We waked a couple doors down to the Bar and Grill and had an excellent meal. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. It is located n the better part of Indio」
