However, room service had a disconnected line with no way to reach them, even through the front desk, and the response provided by management was that it was a busy time, which didn't explain the inability to even reach them. 「The hotel has a nice pool, beautiful view, great bartenders. Beds were very comfortable. I do feel some of the amenities need an update. The gym had both treadmills out of order during the time of my stay and the washer and dryer that is complementary was down as well. I brought a bag of clothes down to wash and couldn’t. Otherwise the property itself was nice. 」

「Our room was nice and roomy clean could hear thru the door for the ajoining room sometimes to noisy. Was disappointed with the breakfast menu and service. My wife also got a glimpse into the kitchen she said it did not look clean. would go somewhere else. Overall everything was ok the ocean veiw is great location is good fyi we have been here 5 times the people are freindly and the rooms are nice. 」

「This is a beautiful resort ! Lots of dining choices around although just room service on property. There is also no liquor drinks at their tiki pool bar . They have wine and spritzers and ice cream. Very family friendly!!! Views were amazing and staff were super friendly and accommodating! Has room service 」
