「Very glad with breakfast service and free afternoon tea service! The location is so good, so convinent to Harrods. Although the room is not big, but is very warm and smart. The stuff is so kind and you have the tea or coffe service for 24hours which I think is very nice. Next time to London, I will definitely choose this hotel. It have my recommendation.」

「We booked to stay here for 20 nights with a 6 month old baby. In advance of this, I had emailed asking to confirm the suitability of the cot and high chair. I was assured they were suitable by the hotel management. Upon arrival, we found out this was NOT the case, the cot was supplied with a soft pillow and the high chair was unsafe for a small baby. We asked for a safe cot mattress and were provided with a stained old mattress that didn’t fit the cot frame. Completely unsafe and dangerous for a...

「The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.」
