「The building is pristine and the staff seems to speak like they care but lot of inaction. One example is, I called twice to get WiFi working in the room, no follow-ups, then I complained about the WiFi when one of the staff asked me how was my stay. No followups whatsoever. Then when I went down the next day to check-out they wanted to help. At that point things became cold soup for me. 」
