「Awesome room and staff. The hardware is pretty new. There's not much shopping or restaurant in that area. But the hotel has a restaurant on its own. Staff speak good English and always smile at you. Wonderful service. 」

「we liked our stay very much omg the stuff were so helpful it was a new years holiday in Vietnam we could not get a car from ninh binh to ha long had so much stress for one hour called the hotel for help within 15 min everything was ok!came to our hotel they offered us free upgrade and larger beds since we were traveling with 3 children , the room was spacious very clean they even prepared welcome fruit and drinks for us our family is so thankful had a wonderful stay happy memories! 」

「Great view of the harbour and boat fireworks at night but it can get a bit noisy when the boats come and go (loud music and karaoke), but it makes it exciting. A good location for local shops, bars and restaurants and only short taxi to the tourist area. It's also just 2km from the start off the Ha Long Bay marathon. Good selection of food for breakfast, all nationalities are catered for. The tables should be cleaned a bit quicker and the same applies when items are used up. Staff should top...
