「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「飯店距離下龍灣本島五分鐘船程，每20分鐘一班有接駁船，整座飯店看似整修過，豪華漂亮，可悠閒散步海灘，還有超大泳池，四周庭園極美，早餐也好吃，真是個人間天堂。缺點:窗簾灰塵太多，導致過敏。」

「Beautiful hotel, with outstanding service. The indoor pool was nice and the steam room was great. Breakfast buffet was extra, but definitely worth it. The room had a nice view over the bay, very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers, we met in Hue. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful, especially Táu. 」

「Awesome room and staff. The hardware is pretty new. There's not much shopping or restaurant in that area. But the hotel has a restaurant on its own. Staff speak good English and always smile at you. Wonderful service. 」

「BEST BOAT IN THE BAY🚢⚓️ Clean , big rooms , great food staff. Definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get on this boat ~ we were traveling from the USA and we thought the weather was supposed to be nice and it rain for both days that we were in Ha Long Bay, which kind of sucked, but you can’t control the weather. Definitely would’ve used the pool outdoor bar more if the weather would have cooperated IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL SPACE. loved the gym food was delicious. Sammy Lilly...
