「Everything about this place felt luxurious. The staff was incrediblyyyyy helpful, the grounds were breathtaking. If you're looking at other hotels and want the best, this is it. We lounged on our terrace and at the pool and it was in the perfect location. Felt like a dream. 」

「Es un hotel lindo y accesible, su terraza tiene una vista maravillosa del atardecer, el personal es de los más amable. Cumple con lo que ofrece, lo único es que si te gustan las ventanas recomiendo escoger una habitación con balcón, porque las demás solo tienen ventanas hacia el interior.」

「Valet parking in this narrow street was great and confortable. Friendly staff and great central location with good roof top restaurants. One little complaint was the always weak internet connection, but it was not a big issue. 😉」

「I was hesitant to leave this review because I did have a few issues that the hotel needs to address to become a top notch destination. First I want to acknowledge the personnel: they were awesome in every aspect! A special commendation to Miguel. He was amazing: friendly, thoughtful, helpful! However, there were a few issues: the flow of our shower was tiny(yikes!) very little water to shower. Then the service to our room was a little raw. It seemed that the covers were put on top of the fitted...
