"Excellent hotel, exceptional service. Facilities are very clean. Location convenient. Staff was exceptional. Everyone was warm and helpful. Lots of attention to details that delighted our stay. My only minor complaint is there is not power outlet next to beds to charge cell phone, or plug in a computer. Overall, a great hotel with great service."

My room was clean, quiet and elegant. When I visited in December 2024 - hotel seemed not to have centralized heating. I had to request for extra blanket unfortunately it did not keep me warm. I had to request heater for my room when i was sleeping. All my years of travel from Canada - this is the very time...
