「Why is this not a 5* hotel? Everything was perfect about our 3 night stay. I had contacted the hotel beforehand to inform them that it was mine and my partners birthdays whilst we were there. Upon arrival we were given a free drinks voucher and a room upgrade! The staff are so friendly and polite, the food is delicious and the decor and cleanliness is second to none! 」

「The view outside was great. The bed was comfortable and clean. The lounge was a bit crowded but all alcohol was free. The location was perfect, very convenient, walking distance to major attractions. The carpark was outside the main entrance of the hotel. But the air conditioning was too cold and couldn't adjust. 」

「The flat was in a quiet area just a few blocks from Grassmarket Square which has lots of pubs and restaraunts. We were here for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the flat was a short walk to most of the venues. Just around the corner from the flat on Spittal St is the Blue Blazer (a lovely neighbourhood pub for a night cap), and The Source Coffee to get you going in the morning. We would definately stay here again.」
