「It's really classic hotel from outside to inside. If you really love the antique furnitures, you must love it. Hope the hotel can improve their modern facilities, such as USB adaptor, wifi and more electic socket in the room.」

「I do not believe this hotel deserves a five-star rating; it should rather be classified as a three-star hotel. The concierge service was inadequate despite my booking for four nights with two rooms each night. It was perplexing why they only granted me accommodation for three nights with two rooms. Consequently, it took considerable time to reconfirm my stay for the additional night. Even though I had made these bookings months in advance, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the hotel....
