"We had the best time staying at HV Cooperage B&B. Gay and Warren were perfect hosts, so friendly and there to help with whatever we needed. They even let us check out late at such short notice. The breakfast both mornings was amazing (sorry I couldn’t finish all my pancakes, Warren!). The room itself was very comfortable and spacious with thoughtful touches (port wine, coffee pods, milk, biscuits, etc) and had a private entrance that led onto the porch where you could sit and drink wine in front...

"We were having a celebratory dinner at a vinyard in the Hunter Valley. Mercure provided a perfect central location to stop. Beautiful surroundings, even if it was raining, covered walkways and an evening fire in a cosy lounge."
