"Stayed for 1 night for wife’s birthday. Deluxe room on 20th floor with view of the river and Story Bridge. Fantastic outdoor pool downstairs. Spa nice but a little small. Fantastic service. Great buffet breakfast (extra). Room looking a little tired but bed very comfortable, large bathroom with great shower and bath. Onsite secure parking (extra). "

"The room was good but the cleaniness could have been better. They need to check for dust build up in hard to reach areas. I am tall so no issues as far as reaching in those areas. "

"Location is great. 30 seconds to Cavil Ave and a short walk to the beach. Pool, spa and tennis court were great. you can borrow body boards for the beach. A lot of patience is needed in the morning / night during busier periods with the lifts. Waiting up to 10 mins was not uncommon. Some occasions they did not come so we had to take the fire stairs (from the 18th floor). The buffet breakfast was loud, busy and expensive. Far betted choices around. Overall the kids and I enjoyed our stay."

"From check in to check out, my whole stay was fantastic! Right from the start I was made to feel that I was their only guest. As it was my first stay with Sofitel I received a complimentary room upgrade with a view of the beautiful Anzac Square. We had a bite to eat for dinner at Cuvee and it was delicious. The staff were so polite, professional and were so very attentive. The hotel was tastefully decorated, with beautiful amenities and access to Central Station right at your door. Queen St...

"シャワー室の設備、特に排水やバスタブ外へのシャワーの飛散防止といった事柄に注意が払われていないことが設備上、残念でした。 部屋の清掃や、ベットメイキングなどに関しては全く問題なく、快適な時間を過ごすことができました。 最終日のケアンズ市内の停電には少し焦りました。ちょうどエレベーターで部屋に向かっていたところで、30秒から1分ほどエレベーター内に夫婦で閉じ込められてしまったので。 ケアンズを再び訪れる機会があったらまた利用したいと思います｡"
