「The bath tub got some stains in yellow, which was not removable by water or soap. The wifi was not workable although we had already notified hotel on day 1 (4 days and 3 nights). I did request a lower floor but they didn’t get the message . It was keeping me fit . Absolutely loved the hotel they charged £200 deposit for the family room . I did receive it back .my favourite hotel in London . Now to how I can get to the rooftop . Fantastic. 」

「房間大小沒什麼問題，但有的房間對外窗很小，容易讓人覺得昏暗。廁所淋浴間水壓不是太好，蓮蓬頭掛架還鬆掉無法固定，洗澡相對讓人覺得不舒適。撇除這些，地理環境位置很好，位於第一區但不會太吵也不會太貴。附近吃早餐也蠻多選擇。整體還算不錯哦。」
