「It’s a good hotel some of the room facilities are pretty basic. It is dated in areas having said that for a short stay it is good value and well positioned to visit Sy Helier easily walking 」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「Loved staying at The Duke of Normandie! All staff friendly & efficient. Hotel very central. Slightly uphill from the main shopping street, the staff happy to tell you the short cuts! Amazing breakfast choice - on the full breakfast. And ate 2 delicious evening meals. Cosy single room was quiet & large enough - 3/4 bed, not a tiny single. Bathroom a bit small but suited me fine. Thank you to the bar man & reception team particularly Imelda, who looked after me (apologies if name not 100%...
