「From the moment our taxi pulled up outside the hotel we were greeted and looked after our entire stay. The staff were lovely, the food was great and we had a great room. We definitely will be coming back for another visit. I’m so glad we chose this hotel, staying here really made our holiday. 」

「We only stayed one night over NYE due to its proximity to the event we were at so we didn’t use the hotel’s facilities. The staff were very friendly at reception and in the restaurant where breakfast was served. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel room itself was clean and fine for our requirements but it was definitely in need of updating.」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「Little bit disappointing that when I booked wasn’t informed of the building work at the hotel. Also some building work being carried out behind the hotel that was slightly more irritating due to early starts」

「Everything was perfect except the bedroom was unbearably hot. Could not turn off bathroom heating or open window beyond 10cms (appreciate health and safety issues), so ended up with fan on all night. Rather negates other excellent environmental measures..fresh milk in jugs so no plastic, opportunity to reuse towels etc. 」
