Staff was wonderful. Definitely would be a 10 Star definitely felt really safe. The food was fantastic. Music was great. The pool was wonderful. The drinks were great. The beach was beautiful. People were really nice. Housekeeping was wonderful. The best place ever to go.」

「The hotel is beautiful and the location is great if you have a car, otherwise is like a mile walk to public transport, you will be up charged for everything, valet parking ( only option) resort fee, even the bottle water in the room is not complimentary, couple restaurants at the property, the breakfast is very good but lunch and dinner not great, the restaurant employees are great special mention to Fernando ( great guy)」

「From the moment we arrived to the last day, our family appreciated the hospitality and service. Resort was beautiful, food delicious and service spectacular. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Love the shopping on site as well. The spa was worth it too. Had the best hour massage. We are so pleased with our stay at Las Ventanas.」
