墨西哥民宿

"Try to make reservations for the restaurant when first day I came. And find all the restaurants in hotel are not available except the buffet. and for the rest 4 days of my stay, i can only ate buffet, which is so bad. They also make a mistake on the room.i came with my friend, we booked a 2 beds room, but there is only 1 king size bed room left. Was Told that was the last room they have. So we have to sleep on one bed. "

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
