"Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)"

"曾有一天停電,酒店未能作出緊急安排,需要在酒店外,等候7小時,而期間沒有任何協助!沒餐飲,沒地方休息,也沒足夠保暖。其他時間,服務及設施都十分理想,希望針對突發情況有所改善!"

"we booked one family room for 4 but family room was not available. we got free upgraded to two double bed rooms and free breakfast. we accepts them arrangement and the located is closed to tube station. "

"房間大小沒什麼問題，但有的房間對外窗很小，容易讓人覺得昏暗。廁所淋浴間水壓不是太好，蓮蓬頭掛架還鬆掉無法固定，洗澡相對讓人覺得不舒適。撇除這些，地理環境位置很好，位於第一區但不會太吵也不會太貴。附近吃早餐也蠻多選擇。整體還算不錯哦。"

"酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。"
