「We need to staircase to reach the room which very inconvenient to aged travellers with large luggage’s. Besides, the room is extremely noise and as it is very close to the hotel restaurant ( motor of the refrigerator starts every 15 seconds), it is extremely annoying 」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」
