「The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.」

「Parts of the property were older, but it was cozy and clean. The bathroom in the room was really large. I liked the separation of the sink and the toilet/shower. Only off part to layout was having the closet in the bathroom. But it was quite comfortable in the room.」

「The room is insanely small. It is absolutely overated. Also the floor was designed with zero consideration of their customer. It has stairs in each floor. I have to carry my two huge suitcases upstairs. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. trash as fk.」
