"The staff at the front desk was absolutely incredible. I stayed there for 4 nights on business with a group of co-workers. When I arrived, I noticed some kind of error was made in my personnal booking (probably on my end) and I ended up with a 2-story suite way too big and for my needs and budget. The hotel was solidly booked, no changes were possible. The staff took the time to explain the situation to the manager and they ended up reducing the price by a lot. They absolutely weren't obligated to do that, I was stuck and needed the room. I was amazed by the humanity and helpfullness shown by the 2 young girls at the front desk. "

"The location was great and the property was excellent, we got the room with 3 beds and sofa bed, it has kitchen and we used the bbq grill, we did try the wood fire place and did smores, we used the free bus too, we didn’t have time to use the outside pool, we will be back for sure."

"We highly recommend this property. All the staff were incredibly personable, professional, and helpful. My husband and I spent one evening in the Lounge area. Beautiful sitting area with an incredible view, delicious food, and live entertainment. The service was exceptional. For our anniversary, we treated ourselves to the 7 course dinner at the Eden Restaurant. It was such an exemplary experience. The food was delectable with so many different flavours combined. The presentation was incredible! All the servers contributed to the beautiful ambience and experience. Very knowledgeable and experienced! The hotel provides bus tickets which was handy to go downtown. The Sulphur Mtn Gondola is only a 5 min walk and the hot springs are walkable too. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and peaceful with the mountain view. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, squash court, and spa - variety for everyone. Due to the wintry weather, we didn’t walk around the outside but there are sitting areas surrounding the property with lights and bonfires at night. Thank you to the staff for making this getaway one to remember. "
