「The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. 」

「Temizlik umduğundan iyi idi. Personel de güler yüzlü, ilgili idi. Ancak çatıda siparişler çok geç geliyor, etler çok sert , yine de tatil moduyla iyi idi, Rezervasyonum piramid manzaralı idi. Oda, son anda tura dahil olup ayrılınca belki o yüzden günlük en üst fiyattan oluşunu da rezervasyonda hatırlıyorum, orada bi yanlışlık oldu, gece geç saat gidince ısrar edemedim ,standart odada kaldım. Asıl önemli olan temizlik için özel oda istemiştim, karşılandı… Teşekkür ederim」

「La posizione dell hotel è fantastica...dal terrazzo si vede perfettamente lo spettacolo luci e suoni serali. Il personale gentilissimo, ci hanno organizzato delle belle escursioni. Buona la colazione ma non c è il ristorante. Avevamo la vasca idromassaggio sul mega terrazzo panoramico ma perdeva un po'. Dintorni fatiscenti, ma si sa che Giza è così 」

「View of the Pyramids from the Terrace is spectacular. Chef Sultan made us great vegetarian breakfast and lunch during our visit. Convenient tour arrangements made it stress free with great staff and tour guides for the Pyramids and Luxor tours. Airport pick up was easy and convenient. Great experience for a last minute trip. 」
