「A very clean hotel in Egypt, but it is a bit difficult to find the entry, which is inside a old building what we are hard to find it. The building is eco-friendly, there is no electricity during 3-6pm, and the elevator is broken that you may have to take your luggage by your hand in dark. Overall the staff are very nice, the location is next to the Egyptian Museum 」

「The room is spacious and clean. The host is friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Cairo which is very convenient for visitors (a 10-minute walk to the old Egyptian museum and Abou Tarek). Nothing more I could ask for with such a reasonable price. 」

I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately. 」

「Very good and newly furnished well equipped and very clean apartments at very central and convenient location. Staff and services very good. Breakfast basic but works. The only issue was that entrance is bit obscure and not clean as building is also shared by other people and offices. Hotel also arranges taxi to and from airport at very reasonable price which is very very convenient. They also arrange a range of tours which are well priced and provide personalized service. 「This was my final night in Egypt, I was travelling with an organised Intrepid tour to Cairo, Aswan and Luxor and was finishing my stay here and leaving for the airport during the early hours of the 31st December. The staff were super helpful when I asked them anything. It was also nice to get a welcome orange juice, water, Pepsi and orange. 」
