「Sixth floor has new reconditioned rooms they are the best 」

「The place was dirty, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, bugs in the bed. Still had last guest’s toothbrush most likely from 6 months ago given IT’s condition left on the hot water tank valves. Dogs running around the street at night fighting with each other. Looks nothing like IT’s pictures as posted. Will never, ever stay there again. Horrible place. 」

「This is a dirty hotel with thief staff stealing from customers! The sheet is dirty which I asked the reception to change it for me, so they said they will send someone to change it. However it has never been done. The room was corrupted, the wall conner the bath room is so dated and nothing in good condition. The breakfast is also the worst among all the hotels I stayed in Cairo. The best part is the staff steal 1000 USD from my wallet! 10 notes of 100 dollar bill. The thief did not take...

「The hotel somehow exceeded our expectations price versus service. Maybe is not a 4 star in European standards but the price we paid against other big name hotels in downtown Cairo is unrivalled. The superior double room are very spacious and clean and provides a fridge (very noisy tho and kept us awake until unplugged) and a big wardrobe with a safe, tho didn’t work in our room. We reported it to the receptionist but nobody fixed it. They usually tend to tell you yes yes yes to please you, but...

「Dirty and very old hotel, not even one star quality, more like a motel. 1. Poor quality. They have false positives reviews and old photos of there facilities and are poorly maintained and not updated in over 10 -15 years. 2. Photos of the hotel shown are at least 10-15 years old and the hotel currently looks nothing like the photos. Its dirty and poorly cleaned with stains everywhere, walls, bed sheets, pillows, furniture. 3. It is NOT a non-smoking hotel as listed. There is smoking everywhere...

「Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). I cancelled and booked elsewhere. I Will not return」

「The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. 」
