「It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. 「別說冰箱，酒店連基本設施都沒有。沒有拖鞋、牙膏、牙刷、熱水壺等，從沒想過這麼糟！抵達酒店後，還得找地方購買這些東西！另外，房間表面清潔，但桌底下都是髒的！衣櫃那邊也是，許多角落也沒清潔。窗簾是發霉的，也不更換，看着太噁心！電梯，是我看過最小的，也是很恐怖的舊式設計，只能進入一個人，進去後要等待關閘的那種，行李箱也放不進電梯的。每次走樓梯吧！但樓梯燈光是壞的，摸黑上下樓梯，感覺也超級糟糕！房間沒有熱水壺，問前台就說他們是沒有提供的。酒店地點原來後面是紅燈區，有天夜晚10點回酒店也是挺嚇人，畢竟巴黎治安也是出名的不安全。房間床褥過軟，脊骨得不到承托，睡得全身都痛。隔音太差，聽到其他房間的聲音，還有樓下所有聲音都聽得見，難以安睡。還有更多想吐糟。收費約HKD $800一晚，卻完全不值這個價格！垃圾酒店！每天都不想待在酒店，想快點逃離！千萬不要光顧，絕對會後悔！」

「We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable....
