「First time cruising in HLB and will not be a last time. We are very impressed with how Grand Pioneers organized the whole trip of 2 days and 1 night at their property. Everything was so perfect and we were regret that we should booked at least 2 nights. The staffs and whole crews were so professional, kind and super nice. We will come back soon. 」

「Awesome room and staff. The hardware is pretty new. There's not much shopping or restaurant in that area. But the hotel has a restaurant on its own. Staff speak good English and always smile at you. Wonderful service. 」
