「BEST BOAT IN THE BAY🚢⚓️ Clean , big rooms , great food staff. Definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get on this boat ~ we were traveling from the USA and we thought the weather was supposed to be nice and it rain for both days that we were in Ha Long Bay, which kind of sucked, but you can’t control the weather. 「I booked a Deluxe cabin for 2. Got a pleasent surprise during the check-in as they provided an upgraded Premium cabin to me. The entire process from check-in to checkout including the to and fro transfer to the Cruise and the excursions was hassle free and nicely managed. The entire staff was very courteous and was able to help us out whenever needed. 「Beautiful hotel, with outstanding service. The indoor pool was nice and the steam room was great. Breakfast buffet was extra, but definitely worth it. The room had a nice view over the bay, very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers, we met in Hue.
