"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "I really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was clean, spacious, and appeared recently remodeled/updated. The location is superb. Very close to Longshan temple and the Longshan MRT station. The Guangzhou night market is just outside the hotel so very convenient for dinner and good eats. But despite the night maket being so close, the room was very quiet inside. Will stay again!"

"The rooms were bigger than what I was expecting based on the reviews. The interiors are awesome with all of the vintage stuff. Everything looks clean. There is a lot of space in the lobby too. The shower is perfect - water temp control to your liking, rain shower head with heavy water pressure. Complete toiletries including slippers that they change everytime the room is made up. Free breakfast is not bad. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. "
