"Large, multi-floor modern, full facilities to heat food, clean dishes, do laundry, vending machines for snacks and necessaries ( purchaseable shower shoes, small towels) Change machines. "This is my second stay here and for a much longer period of time. The location is superb as it is adjacent a mall and 8-10 mins walk (underground, through the mall) to Taipei Main station and the MRTs. The staff are very courteous and speak excellent English. The room is large but the cleaning could be better as the bins were not emptied daily. The room was also too dark and this could be improved. There is a massive bathtub in the room!"

"The staff is really friendly and warm and the amenities are wonderful, especially the snacks on the second floor; however, the room felt really cramped and when I cleaned the phone with disinfectant wipes, I got a lot of dirt. The carpet is a little dirty, and there is no luggage rack, so it’s kind of awkward with two suitcases on the floor and no place to move around. The location is super convenient. We will give it another try next week in a different room and see how it goes "
