"Easy access from Shinagawa station. Very helpful staff. We loved everything that was offered except the gym. We wished if they had weights and more machines… there were only a few bikes and ellipticals."

"The room was quite small but it worked. Location is hard to beat, it's very convenient to a main train station and it has lots of restaurants locally to select from making it quite convenient. The lounge however does not serve any alcoholic beverages in the evenings so I was a little disappointed with that."
