"We loved the room, it was really spacious. we loved that we could walk to everything or get a ride in the ferry. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurants were different and convenient The parking situation was not ideal. They told us that parking was included with our room but we were charged anyway to get out of the parking garage, so I had to go back in and fill out a refund form with the staff, its been two weeks and they still have not refunded our parking fees. Normally I wouldn't complain about these things but it was more than hundred dollars."

"If you're visiting universal parks, you have to stay in one of the universal resorts. This hotel has early entry to the parks and shuttles run frequently back and forth. Super friendly staff. "

"While this hotel is older it's in very good condition. Rooms are very spacious & clean. Staff is excellent. Standard amenities. Can get a little noisy if there are young children staying nearby. Best part is the easy walk/access to Universal Studios Resort. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property was selected as it was next to Universal studios, you can walk or if you have kids you can book a free shuttle at pre-decided time from the hotel. They have a free breakfast and the menu was changing a little bit everyday, so some change is good. The property was clean and was pretty comfortable to stay in. The parking is not free and you have to pay to an external account to park which is about 20-22 after tax and all per day. the hotel itself is good and very centrally located to travel to Universal studios and was clean and comfortable to stay."

"Good value for money property with excellent facilities including 2 pools, lazy river, water slides and a well decked out gym. Food options are also good and reasonably priced. The shuttle service to and from Universal City Walk is excellent - we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a bus. Only negative was the slow check in process ."

"It was our first time at a Universal resort and we were nervous because we always do Disney… We LOVED it here! The refill stations for the refillable cups are open 24/7…at Disney resorts they close around 10 or 11pm. The pools and grounds are beautiful and the 2 bedroom suite was so cute! It did not have a washer/dryer but it ended up being just fine without. This was such a great stay that we plan on going back really soon. The front desk staff are amazing, the cafe staff are amazing, especially Angelica!! The shuttle to the parks was very quick as well. Te only thing missing is a Hot Tub at the pool area. "
