"Large size rooms. Other than some of the rude guest, it's a nice place."

"We found our queen bed studio with kitchen to be clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay. My complaint was there was no cookware to cook my food in. There were dishes, silverware, cups and glassware. But NO pots or pans. I have food allergies special dietary needs, so I brought my own bkfast foods to prepare in the morning. Called the front desk, she seemed surprised that no cookware was in the unit. Said to come to front desk to get some. My husband drove around to office and was told...

"Rooms nice and great location for Drexel. Our room toilet had to be fixed cause no water in tank. Also shampoo bottle broken. Rooms and beds very comfortable! Have to be on top w guest services about valet because we called half hour before and they forgot to let valet know. Valet very nice tho"
