when I first entered this property, I was very excited to see we had. The shower was completely dirty with dirt and fuzz and lint everywhere. Also, the knob for the shower fell off while I was trying to use it. Once you entered the suite, it smelled so strong like cigarettes

My room was dirty with red stains on the floor, couch, curtains, bed linens and still had items from the previous person(s)(cabinet&drawers). Also it says nothing online that’s there’s a $10 day parking per vehicle.

Couches were dirty. Hair in the shower and on chairs is definitely a negative. Room is small for a suite with a king size bed. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. I awakened with terrible back pain.

I don't understand how Hotel could charge so much and be so expensive and all your furniture is all outdated and old really disappointing also the faucet in my bathroom sink was also broken I hope you guys don't take my $50 away for that because I did let the clerk at the front desk know about it they never fixed it while I was there : ill take my money somewhere else next time

The property was conveniently located near Philly, which was a good bargain for the location. It seemed to be understaffed because it took multiple requests to get additional sheets for the room.

The stove and the plug in socket did not work and the tube water did not drain and was rusted. I had to go to another hotel to bath my child where my sister was staying (residence inn on island ave)

The property had airport shuttle options listed on Expedia but it does not offer such services. I had to take rideshare to get to the hotel which cost me more money (it now does not have airport shuttle options listed). I got to my room and it was freezing. The thermostat was not working. It took over an hour for them to move me into a new room. The USB outlets in the new room did not work.
