"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "I had relatives whom I used to stay with , so I know the area really well. Hotel was a treat for me , breakfast was really good . Lovely hot pots of tea. Reception were professional and welcoming. A small issue the first night was quicky resolved. Would love to come back another time."
