「We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, clean, comfortable and characterful BnB, in a great location an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Warm and friendly customer service. Comfy beds, great bath tub, supermarket just a few houses up the road. We were only disappointed there was no breakfast service during our stay as the previous breakfast reviews were fab! 「The lake and property are stunning. That alone is a reason to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was always wonderful. It is located near the National Park. The hotel room was large and had a comfortable bed. The staff in the smaller restaurant were poorly trained. It took15 minutes for them to arrive with a menu. We had to get up and go to them as we could never get their attention when we needed something. It took 3 tries to get a correct bill. I would recommend it overall.」

「What's not to like about a long tree-lined drive leading to a beautiful Manor house surrounded by green grounds and pastures, with seating. High ceilings with rich wood, beautiful wall paper and draperies will transport you...but the facilities are first rate, very clean and lovingly cared for. The bar and restaurant are very good. The staff is very helpful (thank you Nichole!) and welcoming. It is also very close to town and the National Park. Perfect!」

「The property and Staff at the Victoria were amazing and accommodating. Before we even checked in, they called to tell us that food service was ending for the day and to see if we wanted anything put aside for our arrival. We were greeted warmly and our rooms were impeccably decorated and maintained. The breakfast had a huge variety of menu options and all we tried were delicious. We will definitely return on our next trip.」

「酒店不大，但是很有风格，而且也有电梯，这对前后住了两个没有电梯的酒店的我们来说非常重要，虽然电梯不大，但是小而温馨正是酒店的风格。我们一共订了三间房，每间房的装修都不一样，顶楼的房间空间更高。而且预订时以为是不包早餐的，到酒店后告知包含早餐，非常不错。」

「Great location, wonderful property...We booked a twin room and were upgraded to a room with two double beds. It was a very large room, with a lovely tub/shower combo. We absolutely loved the towel warming rack (as it was raining and chilly) and the staff were so warm and welcoming. What a treat and a great price too. It is so close to the centre of things in Killarney that we could walk everywhere. I highly recommend you stay here.」

「The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor, long hairs in the shower floors and pube hairs on the wall of the shower. The lack of air conditioning was fine. We opened the windows and it was cool.
