"Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. The front door service was very good and the self parking was free. The hotel is close to downtown Whittier so there were a few restaurants near by. The hotel has done some renovations but my room had not been renovated yet. The AC was pretty loud."

"Funny thing is the only thing I liked about the property was that my car was on it safely. I'm really disappointed in this property because I usually come and I'm a regular and it would always be clean ever since the covid it's nasty dirty I don't understand why you guys hire older folks that can't see or hear or smell. There's even been a time where I got a room and I didn't even stay there because she changed Mi rooms like three times and all rooms are dirty so I ended up just leaving"
