"Excellent location Pool is not heated freezing and sun only by the pool in late afternoon, building blocks it. No phones in room or by upstairs pool. Nobody to contact? Alarms going off saying emergency don’t use elevator, use stairs and they were locked? Front desk didn’t know anything about 12th floor pool alarms?"

"This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it offers a stunning view of the beach. The resort is well-organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly. There's also plenty of shopping nearby, and I highly recommend visiting Haulover Park on Tuesdays for the amazing food trucks. The food is delicious, and if you love beautiful gardens, you'll find some lovely ones there too"

"Good value and location to my 70th birthday party in Pembroke Pines. Close to I 75 Enjoyed using the BBQ area with family and friends also staying at Vacation Village Weston and Bonaventure.."

"I did enjoy the breakfast and happy hour each day. However, there were always spills on the floor that never seem to get cleaned up. Housekeeping was not that great either. "

"This hotel was great for my family and I. We stayed here after going on a cruise and didn’t fly back home until the next morning. We took the hotel shuttle from the air port for the night and back to the airport for our flight home. Both times were a great experience. Friendly drivers and on time. Although they were extremely busy we were able to do an early check in. The staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, it did seem a little outdated for a Hyatt but overall great. The shopping and restaurants in walking distance was an extra bonus. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. "
