Overall great experience. The room smells like dated furniture. There happened to be a large group of high school students that were staying at this hotel. They were very loud and rowdy.

Hotel is older and is under construction. Rooms and hallways were not super clean. Check out is at 11 and housekeeping tried to come in at 10:30 without knocking.

Enjoyed iur stay at Sheraton Cypress Creek. Ray at the front desk was really helpful in our decision on staying. Mike was very efficient and knowledgeable with our chick in. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. The facility was very clean despite the fact they have construction going on, in which wouldn't even be able to tell besides the fact that Ray and Mike did inform us and you can clearly see once on site. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

Will be the last time we will stay here. Starting with the front desk staff, who fail to understand one can't hear if there is loud music running and couldn't give us the room which we had booked, to the hotel being dated and not in a pleasant way; we definitely did not enjoy our stay here. Not worth the price you pay; you are better off to eat at the diner next door than pay and eat at the limited breakfast here.

Staff here is professional and friendly. From the moment we walked in, until check out, we were always greeted politely and felt welcomed. Beautiful inner courtyard. Nice big 2 room suite, showing a bit of age, but I see they we're redoing 1 entire floor while we were there so upgrades are coming. AC could have been cooler. Comfy bed, great shower. Pool area is an amazing oasis. Great hot tub. Buffet breakfast in the morning was a step above most places. This will top my list of hotels in the area for my next stay.

I loved the hotel overall; however, my stay was somewhat affected by ongoing construction. The construction work created a lot of dust and noise, which was quite disruptive. Regarding the rooms, I feel they could have been cleaner. The restrooms, in particular, were very compact and offered limited amenities. For example: There was no designated place to hang wet towels. If we hung them on the fresh towel bar, it was inconveniently located on the opposite wall from the shower door. The shower and sliding door were on the same side, but the door did not seal properly, causing water to leak onto the tiled floor—a potential safety hazard. There was no place to hang clothing while showering, leaving us to place items on the floor or sink, where they were likely to get wet. The restroom lacked a ventilation fan, and as a result, odors quickly spread to the entire room. The restroom door didn’t latch or lock properly, which compromised privacy. Additionally, while the bedding was decent, the pillows could have been better for a more comfortable stay. On a positive note, the staff was excellent—very accommodating and helpful. Overall, while I appreciate the positives, addressing these issues would significantly enhance the guest experience.

I wish I would have gotten the man’s name who checked us in… he was beyond polite, professional and accommodating. We were such a large group just getting off a cruise( 3 adults and 7 kids). Had a room at 9:30 am to rest our weary selves, with the second room ready before noon! Food was great as well. The construction in and around the property was annoying but the hotel itself was clean , quiet and did I mention the great staff lol
