"The shower pressure was amazing and so hot. Everything was very clean and comfortable, I slept so well. I just arrived at my new hotel for the next leg of my journey and I’m really wishing I was back there."

"This hotel has a good location as it is in the middle of downtown so if your travel plans include the downtown area this place would work out great. They have several good options available in the hotel and around it which helps with options. However, I did not care for the food at the rooftop bar. My shrimp was uncooked and I had to send it back. There is also only Valet parking and it is not cheap. So if you are looking to self park you have to find a garage nearby and walk to the hotel. If you are a female solo traveler I would not say it is safe to walk around at night by the hotel but the hotel itself is safe. As far as sleeping arrangements: I got the 4 way dorm for females and that was fine for me but my floor was on the 13 floor which made the noise from the street travel up and it was loud as I was sleeping so get a different floor if you are a light sleeper. "

"This is a solid place to stay if you need lodging in LAX. It’s close to the airport, clean, reasonably priced, and offers a good breakfast buffet. I found the room a bit dark, but this is something easy to live with given all the other positives. I would stay here again if I needed to stay at LAX."

"The location is convenient if you have to fly out of LAX. The shuttle service runs every hour so you don’t have to worry about getting to and from the airport. Depending on the time of day, the hotel can get pretty hectic, but the staff is professional and work quickly. The downside to that fast service is that the customer service suffers. When I checked in, the staff members spoke really fast, was not very warm or friendly, but had that cold professional tone/manner. "
