"Roost was a perfect fit for our stay in Cleveland. It was a convenient walk to Rocket Mortgage Arena for a Cavs game. The room was spacious and clean and has several amenities. It has a full kitchen/dining/living area making it ideal for a happy hour! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We will definitely stay again, and we’ve already let friends and family know it’s the place to go!"

"Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. By the time I got to Cleveland I was in terrible pain. The lady working that day when I checked in was amazing and even offered to get me a wheelchair. I came to Cleveland for the clinic and had great service there at the hotel. Thank you so much to the gal whom checked us in!"

Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Downtown, an IHG Hotel

"Perfect place to stay for walking to any of the popular venues in the area. Valet parking was nice and easy. It is an older hotel, bathrooms could be updated, the rooms are unique with hardwood floors and high ceilings. Great breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful."
