I made a reservation and paid for the hotel stay in advance. Upon arrival, I was told they oversold the hotel for the night, and I would have to stay at another hotel. They provided a voucher that allowed me to stay at Embassy Suites for no additional money. The staff people were friendly and apologetic, however I will never book this hotel again. This is the only time such a situation has ever happened to me, and I've done this 1000s of times. The hotel itself seemed nice, but I never got past the front desk.

The location is convenient to Cleveland Clinic and that's a plus. I have stayed there a number of times mainly because of a price and the amenities. I do object to the required deposit for incidentals and I let the corporate office know how I feel about this issue. I think the company needs to figure out some other way to manage this issue. I was double charged for the incidentals and contacted the hotel, but no one bothered to call me back. I did report that to the home office as well. In terms of the facility itself, I did notice staining on carpeting in common areas, especially in hallways. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

First of all there it not a drive up to the door to check in you have to park and walk we got there at 3to check in and computer was down and had to wait over a hour to get checked in and they never even told us as we walked in so many people waiting to get checked in second the shower door needs to seals it’s all hanging like it’s old there is no tv guide or and info in the room the fridge didn’t work until we moved it alway from the wall then we got it to work the tv keeps going blank not sure why the covers on the bed was not even a blanket and the sheets was coming off the bed there to small to my guess and the beds was hard I feel that this hotel is not that old for being rug down breakfast was a joke the pancake was hard they made them way ahead of time we should have been able to make are owe because they was cold only they was good was a banger with cream cheese and orange juice we won’t stay again I feel we deserve a free night of paid back to us

We arrived for check in and the computers were down. The staff did a decent job working through that with everyone waiting to be checked in. We had multiple bags with us and were unable to get key cards to the room. We offered to come back after lunch but was let in our room to put our bags down. The room was surface level clean, but when you looked closer, dirty. Floors under nightstands were covered with dirt and we had a broken light next to the bed with exposed wires. After checking the sheets and bed they were found to be extremely dirty. The mattress did not have a protector on it and the sheets had clumps of hair throughout. The bottom of the mattress was covered in crumbs and filth. When we were headed out to lunch I stopped at the desk and apologized for complaining but requested a new set of sheets. I told staff if they could be brought to the room while we were gone I would even make the bed. Staff apologized and said “no problem”. We left for 3 hours and when we returned (lobby was empty) the room was exactly how we left it. I called down to the desk and spoke to staff and explained we had wanted new sheets and did not receive them. The woman I spoke to who was rude, not apologetic or helpful. We waited 30 more minutes and had to leave for our event. My husband went down to the desk to ask for the sheets and he said the woman at the desk just walked away from him without saying anything. Several minutes later a staff member came up and my husband and her made the

I heard there were incidents in the last month in the parking lot where cars were broken into, windows smashed etc. It’s very uncomfortable staying there when the facility needs 24/7 security to protect the hotel guest.
