「All staff are friendly, helped me upgrade to sea view room, wide breakfast selection which I needn’t stand up for the buffet, cause the staffs would fetch for you. They’re very thorough about guest privileges such as free sauna and gym classes. It was definitely a wonderful experience, except my pillow case had black marks one night of my staying.」

「Had an amazing time at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. the property is amazing and staff are incredible. There was a big food selection around the property. Pool and pool area was clean and also have staff around to assist. 「This was our best experience of hotel hospitality that we have ever had the pleasure of receiving. Rishav and his house keeping team were so thoughtful and kind. 「It was good experience in toto. Rooms r in good condition. Only sad part was pool size and breakfast spread. Both were below average. But this hotel is excellent at this price point」

「It is a great resort property and the beach is just few minutes walk. The open resort feel is awesome as the area otherwise is a bit congested on the main road. The staff is excellent and attends to all requests and needs. 」

「The property was beautiful, safe and perfectly located. The staff was super sweet and very helpful. The rooms are simple but very nice and the property is gorgeous. Can't brag enough about the food. The free breakfast buffet was out of this world with delicious options and the restaurant was always willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions as gluten free vegans. 「The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable I personally won’t ever come back to this property again 」

"Conveniently located in the business district. Check in was a breeze with friendly and efficient staffs Unfortunately our first night was a Saturday night and the room next to us was extremely noisy; loud music…, etc.; throughout the night till morning. We made a complaint in the early hours of the morning and at the Reception Rohan was very helpful and obliging by switching us to another room for the remaining of our stay. Thank you so much Rohan. Our room is very clean and comfortable with mini bar and all essentials well stocked. Housekeeping Rohan (also named Rohan) did a good job. Breakfast at 022 is great with a wide selection of cold and hot food. Most importantly the staffs are the greatest I’ve ever met in any hotel I’ve stayed. Special thanks to Yash, Shivank and Ra. Always greeting us with a warm smile and seeing to all our needs. Super friendly and efficient. Thank you for the birthday cake. We love the service so much that we even have several of our dinner there. Love the cakes here; they absolutely delicious. Still thinking of them even though we are back home now. Overall this is a wonderful hotel to stay. We love the service so much that we decided to stay for another week instead of shifting to another hotel for the remaining of our trip which was our original intention. Looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Mumbai."
