"The hotel is great. Clean. Friendly. Incredible location. Great value. Only real issue is the "Cabin" rooms are in the basement and have no windows. Yes, after i checked in i re-reviewed my booking and it does say "No Windows" but i feel it ahould be pointed out better somehow. Again, not sure how they could point it out better. It wasnt a big deal for us, but could be for others. I'll stay here next time in Boston, but opt for a room with windows. "

"It was a very spacious and clean room, with a perfect and elegant bathroom. The front lobby workers were more than attentive and kind. We got 2 free drink tickets at the hotel bar because of New Year’s Eve upon check in. It definitely got busy because of the cafe but overall was a perfect way to start the night. The location is perfect for walking anywhere and right next to the T stations. "

"I read reviews on Google about this hotel. Please don’t listen to them as they are per individual. We didn’t experience rude staff. From the minute we stepped out of the car for valet to check out, everyone was top tier in customer service. Having no lobby due to renovations, I’m not sure how people in reviews found this is an issue as signs were easy to read for reception and check in was effortless. If you’re staying in a hotel in a small town, you usually expect a big room. These rooms were not as spacious as usual but gorgeously renovated. You’re in Boston and definitely spending most of the time not in the room. My only gripe (this is new years time/current renovations) so no restaurant at this time, only room service which was extremely pricey. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will be by again."

"Only negative here was that the parking was offsite and it was kind of strange to get to due to construction. Otherwise this hotel was awesome. Really stylish, comfy bed, and the location was amazing - it’s so close to the library (which is my favourite place in the city), the Boston commons and good shopping. The subway was just a short walk. It was also a great price compared to other Boston hotels, which I find to be outrageously expensive. We got a room with a shared bathroom which I thought I would hate, but I didn’t mind it at all - it was completely private and they were cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The staff was also really friendly and there is a place to get coffee on site. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone! "
