"The staff was super nice and welcoming. They upgraded me to a bigger room at no cost. They were super kind and on top of things. The room was clean and spacious but the lighting was not the best. Design was interesting, not my taste. Overall, great hotel!"

"Housekeeping should be at least once a day if requested. Shower glass should be cleaned for every new reservation. Rm 611 curtains where water stained across the bottom."

"I booked this hotel for a quick trip to the city and I was not disappointed! I read others reviews about the bathrooms, the long elevator waits, the rooms being small? We had the standard 1 King Bed room and it was HUGE for being a NYC hotel room? There was a hallway like area with the closest and the bathroom to your right when you walked in and it was huge! It was so roomy! I really recommend staying here! Ignore the reviews of everyone that has problems with minor hotel flaws. Maybe I just got lucky on room size, but when you stay in NYC, you should automatically assume the room is gonna be smaller"
